Tier1 CM is a Houston based commercial real estate financial services company founded in 2013 to provide real estate financial services and solutions for commercial investors. Our primary goal has always been to form long term business relationships while strategically helping clients meet their investment goals and grow their wealth. We especially enjoy helping our clients from the early stages of a new project to help strategize.

Kevin McClenahan
Kevin McClenahan grew up in Texas and graduated from Baylor University in 2004. After graduation He followed his call to serve and enlisted in the US Army where he served in 3rd Special Forces Group as a Green Beret.
After over 5 yrs serving and 2 tours to Iraq Kevin decided it was time to hang up his combat boots to pursue his entrepreneurial aspirations and entered into the business world.

Kevin is blessed by the marriage to his beautiful wife Rhonda, and their 3 children – Ethan, Taylor, and Emma. When he is not working you can find him immersed in his most important role either at family camp, or hanging at the pool, bb court, soccer fields, bike trails, kayaking, shooting range, or any and all super fun activity reserved for only the coolest dads.
