We then send this package to tested lenders we know and trust that include regional banks, Wall Street banks (CMBS), life insurance companies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and credit unions.

3. Present Options // Once our lenders have thoroughly reviewed the loan request, we will consolidate all term sheets and provide you with an array of lending options. This is where we dig into the details of each lender’s terms, and answer any questions you may have about what is being offered. You will have a crystal clear understanding of what is being presented, so that you can make the best decision for your needs and goals.

 

4. Assemble Closing Team // Once you select the lender, we are with you every step of the way to ensure your loan gets closed as soon as possible by handling the majority of paperwork, ordering the third party inspections on your behalf and addressing any issues that arise. 

5. Closing // Finally, we work with the title companies, lawyers, and lenders to ensure closing day is a smooth process so you can get back to managing your properties. Our team acts as your problem solver and we don’t walk away from a challenging deal. It’s our motto to dig in to get the deals done.
